Corporate Events

From company holiday parties to “train-storming,” the Paxrail fleet of railcars is ready to make your work event an unforgettable party. We operate cars with full kitchens, bars, and table settings for up to 32 people. Some cars offer club seating with plenty of room for mingling. Multiple restrooms and private spaces for planning make this unusual venue incredibly event friendly. Command the full attention of your team and give them a day or night trip to remember.

Charity Events

Benefit brunches, lunches, or dinners are great fundraisers with high-value seating for top donors. Roundtrips from 3-6 hours can also incorporate off-car events. Paxrail has also hosted student groups and other educational and hands-on events to explore the engineering behind these historic cars and imagine their future.

Day Trips

Plan a day trip for your friends and family or local organization. Day trips run from Chicago Union Station to destinations throughout the Midwest, such as Milwaukee, Michigan, and St. Louis. Trips to Milwaukee can have up to three different departure times per day.

Excursions

Traveling cross country in a private railcar is an experience of a lifetime. Sleep in a queen size bed with a private full bathroom or share one in adjoining rooms. Paxrail cars can operate throughout most of the Amtrak network, including to popular destinations such as Washington, New Orleans, Los Angeles, Denver, and Seattle. Trips into Canada on the VIA Rail network are also a possibility.
