Originally built in 1961 as a 44 seat coach for service on the Union Pacific “City of” Streamliners by the Budd Company as UP 5526. In 1971 the car was conveyed to Amtrak as No. 4458. With the Heritage upgrades to Head End Power it was renumbered to 4639. The car was acquired by Ringling in 1994 and operated in the Red Unit.
